So, the last day of Summer is today! I hope you had a great summer and are ready for fall and everything wonderful it brings our way. Thanksgiving plans anyone?
If you are anything like my wife, Christmas decorations will start to go up soon... so let me ask you, when do YOU think it is appropriate to start decorating for Christmas? Let me know!

South Dakota Raising Awareness for Mental Health:
In 2022, the 437 Project began to take route right here in South Dakota, inspired by a powerful belief that physical and mental wellness are deeply connected. Every year, 12 runners embark on a 437-Mile Relay across South Dakota.
Meet a few of the runners from this year's race that are from Sioux Falls!
-John Etrheim is a financial advisor here in Sioux Falls, and he is running alongside his daughter Megan, also from Sioux Falls.
-Ashley Gaspar calls Sioux Falls home and is racing because she knows sometimes the happiest people in the room are those that are struggling the most.
-Dan Hermanson has spent 27 years working for Scheels and loves to run the Sioux Falls trails.
-Joel Sylvester is Chief Officer at Five Star Solutions and has lost over 100lbs with the running approach of slow, and steady.
The Race concluded on Sunday with the relay ending at the check point at The Levitt after 4 days of continuous running.
If you are passionate about mental health. If you are looking to be a part of something BIG. If you have a knack for running or have never heard of the 437 Project, I encourage you to check it out!

THE SKY - Today feels like fall, a rainy, muddy, slightly chilled fall. A partly cloudy sky with a high of 64 degrees will encourage you to wear a light jacket.
SUNSET - Just before 7:30pm, bring the family outside for unforgettable views at Arrowhead Park, where the sunset seems just a little sweeter.
AT THE FALLS - Hit the bike trail at Falls Park, bump some tunes and ride, walk, or run in style! This is a great chance to meet some new friends or get out with the family and enjoy a nice time on the bike trail.

SPOTTED - A New York Bagel shop is coming to town! NoJo's Bagels will offer gourmet breakfast sandwiches, house made bagels, and premium coffee. Located on W 69th street and opening late this year or early 2027. They're also hiring.
