Dear friend, Welcome back to another issue of ATSF! I hope you had a great weekend and are ready for an amazing week.
There are rumors we're getting lots of snow this year, and places like Utah have already seen some. So, friend, when do you think we'll get our first drop of snow? This month, November or December? What's your guess? ATSF Play is going strong with Abi, Lori, Jess led the board last week, and It's amzizng how fast they get the correct answers. Can anyone catch them this week? There's lots of fun to be had in this issue.
Enjoy & will see you out there!

Two weeks out.
The character cards are written and will be polished throughout the week before they go out on Saturday. Every character is hiding something, and half of them hated her.
One year ago, Alyssa went off the terrace at the society's masked gathering. Forty witnesses. Not one face. Everyone blames everyone else.
Lots more DRAMA at Minervas, just like we had at the last one. Halloween drama.
And here's what I keep thinking about: thirty guests are going to walk into Minervas as strangers and spend the evening accusing each other of murder over a three-course dinner plus chocolate cake.
Someone is going to get accused by their own spouse. It's happened before.
October 29th, 5 to 8 PM at Minervas downtown. $125 a guest, three course meal included.
Last week, I asked the crew to share some of their fav memory of the Western Mall, and a lot of you delivered some great ones. Below are memories I believe you'll love. From Rogene: "I remember shopping at Three Sisters for my prom dress in 1984. They had that fountain feature just outside the front entrance. I found it on a clearance rack for $14! I also remember when the West Mall Theaters were in a different place, closer to the front of the mall. There was a candy store (I can't remember the name!) but they were old fashioned, with big wooden barrels of candy! We always got to get a treat there to take into the movies with us! There was also some kind of drugstore that had a little pie and coffee shop in it. Later in the 80s, there was PharMor, and a 1/2 Price Store! I miss those places!"
From Renee: "Not sure if it was so much my moms favorite memory of the Western Mall or not, but my brother was just old enough to talk so around 2 1/2 or 3. We had gone to the Western Mall for some reason I am thinking Christmas shopping. There were 4 of us kids in tow and my youngest brother got "lost." He was found, luckily by one of the neighbors kids. He was waiting patiently near the gumball machine. When asked his name, he told them my name is "Meatball Indian." Lord knows why he chose that name, the name stuck. When we want to give him a bad time or grief, we refer to him as "Meatball Indian." As one of Rochester MN prominent architects, he probably doesn't appreciate it."
Thank you Renee & Rogene for sharing such wonderful memories.
