Your Weekly Glimpse Into Sioux Falls Life |
Hey y'all,
A new week is upon us, and Sioux Falls has a ton going on, but before we get to that, I cannot wait to see some of you at our Murder Mystery event at Minerva's this Saturday!
It is always a great time meeting some of you, solving a mystery, and enjoying the most delicious chocolate cake.
This week, there are a ton of opportunities to get out of the house at ZERO cost. Free events are abundant, and I encourage you to check them out!
See you out there,
Emma
Halloween Speakeasy Event.
Would you be interested in a Halloween Speakeasy Event?
The idea is a Halloween event built on the wonder instead of scares. You would walk into the bar (a speakeasy) and spend the evening playing games with friends. The games: Mafia, The Trial, The Auction, and one Raid
There’ll be a ledger, more of a confession, that guests write as they walk in. Those confessions get read anonymously throughout the night. And underneath all of it: a hidden game that runs all night and get people talking to each other.

CREW SPOTLIGHT - One thing Gary loves about Sioux Falls that he believes most people overlook: "I agree, the parks. I am a softball person. The care given to Harmodon and Sherman Park, one of the top softball complexes in the US, goes above and beyond. But to the neighbor league parks. The playing fields at Dunham have improved a 100% the last 5 to 10 years. The neighborhood parks that the teams use for practice are more than a sandlot, they are game playable for the most part. Hats off to the SF Park and Rec crews who keep doing more with less." What's one thing you love about Sioux Falls that you believe most people overlook?
