How To Have A Lot Of Fun This Week

Your Weekly Glimpse Into Sioux Falls Life

Presented By: Vitalis MVMT and Wellness

Good morning crew! It is a new week with new experiences to explore.
Hope you had a great and safe weekend. Nature is beautiful and sometimes beauty can be scary!

To start this issue, let me tell you about two wonderful people who make feeling good their whole mission

Grab your coffee, tea, or Red Bull and let's dive in.

Vitalis MVMT
and Wellness
:

If you have been dealing with back pain, a bad knee, unexplained fatigue, hormones that are technically fine but do not feel fine, or skin that stopped responding to everything you have tried, Vitalis MVMT and Wellness in Harrisburg is what you have been missing.

Trever Wagner is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with nearly ten years of experience. He works with orthopedic injuries, sports recovery, chronic pain, TMJ jaw pain, and vertigo. He also does functional dry needling. A few of his patients came in headed for surgery and left without needing it.

One thing worth knowing. Vitalis is currently the only clinic in South Dakota with the Winback Therapy machine, a high-energy radiofrequency current device that promotes healing at the cellular level. People seek this specific intervention, especially since professional athletes use this technology as well.

Ashley is a Certified Nurse Practitioner who went deep into functional medicine because she kept seeing patients whose labs were technically fine but who did not feel fine. She knows from experience that something is usually there. She looks until she finds it. Advanced labs, the full picture, a plan built around what she actually finds, focusing on IV therapy, targeted nutrition, supplementation, and peptide therapy.

IV therapy covers energy and performance, immunity, detox and hydration, migraines, weight management, and a beauty drip that works from the inside out. Ashley prescribes everything based on your labs and your goals, not a generic menu.

When you are ready to look as good as you feel, she handles that too. Botox, dermal fillers, Radiesse, microneedling paired with red light therapy, lymphatic drainage, and HydraFacials. Her approach is always less is more. The goal is that you look like yourself, just more rested and put together.

Most of their patients start with one thing and stay for all of it.

If you are ready to find out what that one thing is for you, call 605-767-1601 or visit vitaliswellness.life

THIS WEEK'S FIND πŸ”

There's something about a welcome sign that just sets the tone when people come through your door. It shows a little bit of who you are.
Your humor.

Your style.

Your vibe.

And if you've been thinking about making one, Unique Junque is worth knowing about.

It's a local sign-making shop that's really affordable, and they offer a few different ways to get creative like DIY Workshops, Open Paint sessions, and take-home kits if you'd rather work at your own pace.

It's a great excuse to get the girls together, or a genuinely fun thing to do with your kids on a weekend.

What I also love is that they'll come to you (up to two hours) from Sioux Falls! So if you're planning a bridal shower, looking for a team-building idea at work, or organizing something through your school or church, it's worth reaching out. It's the kind of activity people actually enjoy.

Sometimes the best finds are the simple ones.

You're Invited To A MysteryπŸ•΅οΈ

I have been working on something for weeks and I need to tell you about it.

It is a murder mystery I wrote myself, set in 1987 Sioux Falls. I wrote every character, every secret, every motive from scratch. And it is happening on May 28th at Bar Clara at The Catlin at 6:30pm.

When you arrive you will be handed a sealed envelope with your name handwritten on the front. Inside will be your character, the secret you are carrying all evening, and your motive. Someone will die by 7:15 and your job is to figure out who did it before they get away with it.

In short, the room is full of suspects and you are one of them.

10 spots left. May 28th. Bar Clara at The Catlin. 6:30pm.

If this sounds like your kind of night, your seat is waiting.

Coming Up🚦

Farmers market season is in full swing, and The Hartford Farmers Market is one of my favorite stops, with family-fun activities for every age, this market really stands out.

The first market is coming up next week and will feature FREE facepainting from Run Til You Fly-Face Painting. Food trucks will stop by with good eats. A few honorable mentions are Creek Side Meats, Thai Dakota, Heavenly Food, and The Good Stuff Coffee.

With all vendors bringing strictly homegrown, or handmade products, you will find something new every time you go.

Crew Spotlight πŸ˜†:

One thing you love about Sioux Falls that most people overlook.

Kristi, Administrative Director:

"One of the neatest things Sioux Falls has is the Butterfly House. I think it is so neat to walk through and let the butterflies land on you. Peaceful place too."
