"Slowing Down Is No Fun, Don't Be Held Back"
Dear friends, I hope you're having a great start to the week. Hope you also enjoyed your weekend! I know I did, especially after a fun Sunday at We Rock The Spectrum. The event was put on by The Stroll Club for Dads, and it was fantastic. Our kiddos had a great time, made new friends and dads got to talk to one another. In short, great things are happening in the city and I am glad. Before we get into today's expose, if you'd like to share with the crew your beautiful pup, cat or animal, share with us by clicking this link.
Stronger Bones, Better Balance—In Just 15 Minutes a Week
3 Months Of Enhanced Services - When You Become A Member!
Ready to take a step forward towards stronger, and healthier bones? Mention All Things Sioux Falls to receive 3 Months of Enhanced Service When You Become An OsteoStrong Member
Hi, I’m Kathy Voss, owner and operator of OsteoStrong Sioux Falls East. After years in the corporate world, I wanted to do something meaningful—something local. That’s why I opened our center in April 2024: to help our Sioux Falls community stay strong, vibrant, and resilient.
Did you know that by age 30–35, most of us have already reached peak bone density?
From there, it’s a slow decline—especially for women post-menopause. That decline can lead to osteopenia or osteoporosis, increasing the risk of fractures, joint pain, and loss of balance.
But aging doesn’t have to mean getting weaker.
At OsteoStrong, we offer a revolutionary system that helps you build bone density, improve posture, reduce joint and back pain, and enhance balance—all in just one 10–15 minute session per week. Our proprietary devices safely engage your entire skeletal system, helping you stay strong from the inside out.
Ready to feel the difference?
📍Visit us at 3620 S Southeastern Ave (just north of Great Life Wellness Center) We are open Monday - Wednesday 9 am - 5 pm

Introducing Tidal - Your Local Curious Guide
Well, a couple weeks ago, I popped into Godwin's mind and plied my way out to get on this newsletter. My name is Tidal, and I shall be your local curious guide in this issue and hopefully more issues moving forward. Godwin hasn't taken the time to draw me yet so not only do you know not what I look like, I don't know what I look like - regardless, it doesn't matter now because I am about to share with you a growing community here in Sioux Falls.
Currently shaping the heart of Sioux Falls is The Sioux Falls Stroll Club. Created by a magnificent father, Elliot, who gathers dads in the cities and brings them together once a month. Their kiddos play together while they converse with each other about sports, work, or whatever their heart desires. For example, they met on Sunday at We Rock The Spectrum right on East 10th Street and spent an hour together. Kids bounced around, Dads joked around and watched the Vikings batter the Bangels (Bagels) whatever their name is (apologies to the Bengales fans reading this). It was a great event.
So, if you're a dad reading this, be sure to follow the Sioux Falls Stroll Club in instagram to be at their next event. Moms, do me a favor and share this with your husband :))
Okay then, that is it for me. I'll pop back in next week if Godwin allows to share more about my adventures in Sioux Falls with you. Now, to the Bulletin Board.
